Sempat Jadi Polemik, Program Penceramah Agama Bersertifikat Ganti Nama
MalangPost.id– Kementrian Agama meluncurkan Program Penceraah Agama Bersertifikat Jumat (18/9). Peluncuran program tersebut dilakukan langsung Wakil Menteri Agam RI Zainut Tauhid Sa’adi. Namun dalam keteranganya, Wamenag mengatakan, setelah menerima masukan dari berbagai pihak Kemanag akhirnya mengganti nama program tersebut menjadi Penguatan Kompetensi Penceramah Agama.
“Kami ingin meluruskan atau mengklarifikasi bahwa nama program ini adalah Penguatan Kompetensi Penceramah Agama. Berdasarkan masukan dan arahan dari berbagai pihak, program ini namanya adalah Penguatan Kompetensi Penceramah Agama,” kata Zainut dalam keterangan tertulis di situs Kemenag, Jumat (18/9).
Zainut juga mengatakan, program ini tak hanya digelar oleh Ditjen Bimas Islam, tapi juga Ditjen Bimas Kristen, Katolik,Hindu, dan Buddha, serta Pusat Pembinaan Dan Pendidikan (Pusbindik) Khonghucu.
Melalui program ini, Kemenag berharap agar penceramah bertambah wawasannya dan kompetensi ilmunya serta memiliki integritas kebangsaan yang tinggi.
Sebelumnya pogram ini sempat menuai polemic. Bahkan MUI dan sejumlah ormas islam juga sempat mengkritik program kemenag tersebut.
“Kami ingin keluar dari polemik tersebut. Dalam kaidah disebut, al khuruj minal khilaf mustahab. Kami ingin keluar dari polemik itu, sehingga kami bersepakat dengan nama program Penguatan Kompetensi Penceramah Agama,” tegas Zainut.(dtk/anw)
