Pemerintah Batalkan Sekolah Daring April 2026, Pembelajaran Tetap Tatap Muka
NEWSLIVE – Pemerintah resmi membatalkan wacana penerapan pembelajaran daring yang sebelumnya direncanakan mulai April 2026. Kegiatan belajar mengajar dipastikan tetap berlangsung secara tatap muka di seluruh sekolah. Keputusan tersebut diambil setelah melalui koordinasi lintas kementerian, termasuk evaluasi terhadap dampak kebijakan terhadap kualitas pendidikan nasional.
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan, Pratikno, menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran tatap muka tetap menjadi prioritas utama guna mencegah terjadinya learning loss pada siswa.
“Proses pembelajaran harus semakin optimal dan jangan sampai timbul learning loss. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran tetap dilakukan secara luring,” ujarnya, Selasa (24/3/2026).
Wacana sekolah daring sebelumnya muncul sebagai bagian dari strategi efisiensi energi di tengah tekanan pasokan global. Sejumlah opsi, termasuk pembelajaran daring dan sistem hybrid, sempat dibahas dalam rapat koordinasi antar kementerian.
Namun, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh dinilai belum mendesak untuk dilakukan saat ini. Pemerintah justru memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan serta penguatan capaian belajar siswa.
Pengalaman selama pandemi COVID-19 juga menjadi pertimbangan penting. Sistem pembelajaran daring dinilai memiliki sejumlah tantangan, mulai dari keterbatasan akses hingga potensi penurunan kualitas pemahaman siswa.
Dengan keputusan ini, seluruh sekolah di Indonesia akan tetap menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara normal melalui sistem tatap muka. Pemerintah memastikan kebijakan efisiensi tetap berjalan di berbagai sektor, namun tidak akan mengganggu layanan publik yang bersifat esensial, termasuk pendidikan. (Shin)
